I think slacklining is great, and I try to live the slacklife to the best of my ability. Balance is a key component to finding peace in this life. That balance is in your body, in your mind, and in your spirit. The slackline challenges every part of balance! Hopping on the slackline and testing my endurance and capacity to balance is one of my favorite meditations. I clear my mind, gain strength, and enjoy the outdoors. I always try to encourage others to try the slackline, even if they don't understand the slacklife or their own inherent needs for balance. I fully testify to the lifestyle of slacklining as a true yet complete mean to the end of achieving the flow state of mind. Bless up on the slackline!
